If you missed out on tickets to the 9th Annual Hot Wheels® Collectors Nationals, you can still join us for select activities open to the public on March 28th and 29th. We are expanding the venue open to the public to include some Saturday events. The public may purchase a limited-event pass at the hotel on Saturday that allows them to participate in a special childrens' downhill race (with other conventioneers), two autograph sessions and room-to-room trading from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.. The two-day limited pass will also include entry into the Sunday Show. For those only able to attend on Sunday, the original Sunday Toy Show entrance of $5 at the door is still available. This year's Collectors Nationals honors the 40th anniversary of the design career of Larry Wood. His careers at Mattel will be celebrated at a dinner in his honor on March 26, 2009 at the Reston Nationals site. You must be a confirmed ticket holder to the 9th Annual Hot Wheels® Collectors Nationals in order to purchase tickets to this special event. Details can be found in your confirmation packet.
